Rex London is a trade wholesaler. Before being able to buy online you will need to register.
Do you deliver? What are the delivery charges?
For detailed information about delivery, please check our delivery page. For deliveries to Europe, please check our European Delivery page.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order value. All products do have a minimum order quantity though. This varies by products and is shown on the website when you are logged in. Products can only be ordered in multiples of the minimum. Typically, the minimum represents one pack and is around 6-24 units, depending on the size and value of the item.
What is the ‘break quantity’?
When you order in multiples of the ‘break quantity’, you qualify for a reduced ‘break price’. The quantity varies by product and is shown on the website when you are logged in. The break quantity applies per product; you cannot mix and match products.
Are all the products available?
The website is updated in real time with stock availability, so you can see whether or not products are in stock. We make every effort to ensure availability of popular lines, but occasionally some might not be available. The stock is available at the time of order, but please remember if there is a delay between the order and payment, some items may go out of stock.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices displayed are excluding VAT. The VAT is added in the basket if applicable to your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Orders placed on the website can be paid online during checkout, or paid later by bank transfer or by credit card over the phone. We accept VISA and Mastercard payments. Please note we do not accept payments by American Express, Paypal or cheque.
What currency do you use?
The currency of the prices you see on the website is determined by your delivery country. For countries supplied via Rex London BV (EU countries, Switzerland and Norway), all prices are in Euros. For the UK and all other countries, you will see the price and will make payments in GBP.
Do I have to order online?
The website is often the easiest way to place an order, but we can also accept orders by e-mail. If you are able to send the order as an excel file, that helps us a lot, but other formats are fine as well. Our Cash & Carry is no longer open.
Can I use your images?
In our 'stockist resource centre', we have a collection of assets you can use to help sell our products. This includes cut-out images and a selection of our lifestyle photography. Please contact us for access.
Who can become a stockist? Are there any important points to note about stocking Rex London products?
To protect our brand and trademarks we impose the following rules on customers we supply:
In the event of non-compliance with the above and in accordance with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to not supply.
Can Rex London products be sold on third party sites or marketplaces?
We do not allow our customers to list our products on Amazon or eBay. You may promote our products on your social media channels, but this should be in addition to your own physical store or website. We will not open accounts where social media is the only sales channel.
Where can I find information about the products?
On each product page you will be able to find a description and product dimensions. The prices and MOQs can be seen only when you are logged in. Please note the descriptions are based on our own interpretation, as are names of ranges. All product images are taken in-house and are of the actual products. However, due to various screen limitations and personal PC settings, there may be slight colour variation. It is also possible that further deliveries of stock may vary in colour, assortment, and packaging. If this occurs, we will try to update our pictures to reflect the changes.
